During my career I have had to recruit all levels of technical engineers, contractors and graduates whilst balancing a busy home life with a demanding career in the IT services industry mainly based in the oil and gas exploration field. I am a very down to earth person and people are very important to me. Seeing things from another person’s perspective is paramount for me which has been critical in helping me to understand where people are coming from and where they want to get to.
I am not a counsellor or a therapist and I will not interrogate you on the past but I will work with you regarding your current situation and enable you to achieve results and move you to future success.
