Aim

I aim to provide a high-quality professional coaching/mentoring/supervision service which serves the needs and interests of my clients.  I aim to build lasting long-term relationships with you of quality and satisfaction, which will in turn enable us to work together and enhance areas of your personal life, working and business skills, and qualities.  I aim to support you in achieving your goals through your career, health, wealth, social contribution, relationships, and personal vision.

Guarantees

I will make every professional effort to supply the coaching/mentoring/supervision hours contracted to high standards.  Should I make a mistake I will seek to remedy it to your satisfaction.

Courtesy

In all dealings, I will maintain a high level of courtesy and respect to my clients, their employees and associated customers.  I will reply promptly to all and any enquires.

Information and Assistance

I will provide all the information and assistance that I can to fulfill any contracts to the highest standards, within the limits of maintaining the confidentiality of other clients.

Fairness

I will seek to be fair in all aspects of my business relationships with clients, non-judgemental, and appreciative of any concerns raised by clients.  I will also try to be as accommodating and flexible as possible to ensure my clients receive the service they hope for.

Confidentiality

I will at all times respect the confidentiality of clients and will not divulge any information unless required to do so by law

Time Allocation

At all times, I will allocate and be available for the session times agreed in the contract, and likewise will seek remuneration for any loss of earnings in all circumstances for missed appointments or inconveniences with this allocation.

Complaints

If you need to make a complaint regarding the services you have received then please do so by sending an email with the details to Kathrine.smith@simplypositive.co.uk and you will receive a response to your email within 10 working days.

If you are not happy with that response, as an accredited Master coach with the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M), you can raise a complaint and it will be taken up on your behalf, the details can be found via this link Complaints Procedure – IAPC&M (coach-accreditation.services)
